Rays of Belief Limited announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Mom’s Belief US Inc., has acquired 100% of the equity shareholding of City Pro Group Inc. for a cash consideration of USD 2,000,000, effective September 18, 2026. City Pro Group Inc., incorporated in 1995 and based in New York, is a provider of pediatric early intervention and school-based special education services, with a turnover of USD 1,14,32,394.52 for the year ended June 30, 2025, and the acquisition is intended to strengthen Rays of Belief’s presence in the United States.
